Guest MideonMark Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 West Brom match is over, we're waiting on the Palace result.
Guest MideonMark Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 Yep, West Brom stay up. Bryan Robson has worked a minor miracle.
TheFranchise Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 Horsfield scored with his first touch for West Brom. Fulham 3 Norwich 0. If results stay the same West Brom are staying up. Double that score.
Anorak Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 I'm glad for West Brom and their fans. Southampton have rode their luck enough times ovber the years, Norwich had the worst defence and didn't win a single away game and Palace....well, I've never liked that lot.
TheFranchise Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 So.. anybody else think that Southampton will finish midtable next year?
TheFranchise Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 I was truly expecting Norwich to do it, because the bottom three would lose.
PLAGIARISM! Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 I'm sad to see Norwich go, but there's no real excuses for a hammering like that.
Vanhalen Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 And United are level. Where is everyone!! If they were like me, they were getting fucking wasted enjoying the last time to see their clubs
Vanhalen Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 Cant add too much more to this http://www.saintsforever.com/match.html
Vanhalen Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 There is a part of me that does feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I'm ever the optimist, but a big part of me has had to face up to the truth that this is the worst Southampton season and team I've ever seen. Only because we've been so terrible have we stopped the three promoted sides going straight back down. The season is over, the ramifications have only just begun. I personally think the entire first team squad should be made to hand over the P45's and look into the eyes of the unfortunate people who will be losing their jobs at St Mary's.
PLAGIARISM! Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 Condolences. We should at least take a draw at Brentford, which is enough to go through. COME ON WEDNESDAY
TheFranchise Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 Yeah, go on Weds. I'll come visit you next season when we play you Plagi
PLAGIARISM! Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 Brentford 0 Sheffield Wednesday 1 Peacock 27 I take it all back!
PLAGIARISM! Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 GET IN!!!! Finished 2-1. I really think we can do this now.
The Decemberists Posted May 17, 2005 Report Posted May 17, 2005 Yep, West Brom stay up. Bryan Robson has worked a minor miracle. Well, in part, yes he has. Although, it should be noted, that when he took over West Brom were 17th. He then went on a 11 game run without a win and were bottom of the league. So it's his own mess he's fixed, not the mess of the previous manager, who ever he was.... I hate the summer... I'm missing my daily fix of ForestWorld TV news
Anorak Posted May 17, 2005 Report Posted May 17, 2005 Sheff Utd have snapped Nalis up on a free. I was almost certain he'd go back to France.
PLAGIARISM! Posted May 17, 2005 Report Posted May 17, 2005 Christ, thought they only signed strikers (my blades fan mate informs me they have about 9) and then loaned them out whilst playing Andy Gray up front on his own leading to the worst goalscoring record in the top half of the champ. Obviously Warnock's seen a flaw in that.

Obviously Warnock's seen a flaw in that. The Luke Beckett signing seemed pointless, he played a few times then was off to Huddersfield and Oldham. Edit: How many of these have actually got 5+ goals this year? Ward Liddell Kabba(Best one out the lot) Cadamarteri Tommy Johnson Beckett Gray Webber Paul Shaw We're actually getting like them in Striker terms, we've got 6 with Stewart to probably arrive soon but only 1 Goalie in the 1st team squad. Lita Brooker Heffernan Gillespie Miller Cotterill
PLAGIARISM! Posted May 18, 2005 Report Posted May 18, 2005 I'm pretty sure Gray is the only one with more than 5. Kabba will feature heavily next season I reckon.

Obviously Warnock's seen a flaw in that. They loaned us Peschisolido, who went on to sign for us after.
TheFranchise Posted May 19, 2005 Report Posted May 19, 2005 UNBELEIVABLE!!! Idiakez ruled out for six weeks last week, Rasiak ruled out for 6 weeks two weeks ago.. both start for Derby tonight!!!
The Decemberists Posted May 19, 2005 Report Posted May 19, 2005 Not that you're desperate or anything....
The Decemberists Posted May 19, 2005 Report Posted May 19, 2005 Well thank God you played Grzegorz Rasiak anyway. Besides, you should try being 3-1 up and still losing in the semi-finals of the playoffs. So is that you fucked now, finance wise?
