I like this film for its B movie action goodness, was this the one with Sharon Stone or James Earl Jones? Either way both were entertaining to me.

They both had Sharon Stone and James Earl Jones. This was the second one, where Quatermaine's brother is lost and he goes to find him. He discovers him held up in a city made entirely of gold where an evil prime minster and his woman (Elvira) are trying to kill the rightful leader of the city, or something like that. Again, a favorite of mine and about the only thing on the list I have some love for.

 

I do love Smokey and the Bandit III, but can see where it's really bad at. It could have been worse if it came off as originally. It was going to be "Smokey is the Bandit" with Gleason in dual roles as both Justice and a new bandit. That proved way too stupid and confusing and they reshot all the bandit scenes with Jerry Reed. Hence, the weird part at the end where Buford confronts the Bandit and sees Burt Reynolds. They didn't want him playing a scene against himself.

To cut this down a bit, below are the movies I HAVEN'T seen. Sadly, I've seen more films on the worst list than I have on the Best list. Sigh...

 

On a sidenote, Ticket was FUCKING HORRIBLE. I love direct-to-video films, and own a huge collection of them (and with a video store going out of business with the last day open being Monday, buying about 50 films), so I'm speaking from experience. That was so bland, boring, etc. that it took me three tries to see it, and despite Ice-T doing a cameo, I didn't even bother to take it when it was FREE because it'd take up shelf space.
