Best Sonic The Headhog Game

My vote, goes to Sonic the Hedgehog for Genesis.

I don't know how Sonic & Knuckles isn't listed but I'd go with Sonic 2 mainly because it had the awesome debug code.

And Sonic 3 & Knuckles, with Sonic 2 close by. Some prefer Sonic 2, but the Metropolis Zone knocks 2 down a peg for me.

it's a toss up between sonic 1 and 2 for me.

 

Sonic has some of the greatest music i've ever heard in ANY video game plus it has that oh so famous code, that I happen to forget at this moment.

 

 

Sonic 2 had some pretty tough levels like the Rockafella level as me and my siblings called it. And that kick ass plane level where Tails flies Sonic in on his plane and you have to dodge all this stuff.

 

 

 

Ah, I think I'm gonna go play some Sonic.
