What are your shampoo and soap of choice

Shampoo. For me it alternates between Head and Shoulders (it's to avoid dry scalp, and dandruff), and a nice Suave (right know it's coconaut).

 

Soap. Irish F'n Spring. Bought a 12 pack of Mountain Fresh a few weeks back. That should last until October.

I use Pantene ProV for shampoo and conditioner. Sometimes I use Finesse too, but ya can't beat Pantene hair! I used to buy the expensive foo foo stuff from the salon, but it really didn't work much better than the Pantene.

 

Soap, I love Irish Spring! Or there's a gel that's called Summer Meadow from Bath and Body Works... it is a signature scent for one of the stores here in CA so it isn't available everywhere.

It's all about the Irish Springs, though sometimes I'll use Zest. Now shampoo constantly changes, I usually look through all the bottles in my house and figure out which suits me best.

Hmmm... Suave most of the time for shampoo. Plain Dove soap, although if there is an occassion where someone gives a gift basket, you get those fancy bath and body works soaps.

shampoo: CitreShine. $4 CDN for a litre, and it doesn't strip my hair into wire like the $2 blue kind (Dep, I think) I used to use.

shampoo/conditioner--Garnier Fructis...best stuff ever...for those of you complaining of dry scalp/dandruff, stuff like the Fructis works really well for that because it has citrus extracts, which help to reduce buildup (lemon juice is great for that, so it reduces dandruff and also helps make your hair healthier)

 

soap--Dove for sensitive skin and Lavendar body wash by Suave, Pink body wash from Vicky's every now and then
