I was wondering, they can't have two belts at Wrestle Mania XX right. Any one know when and how they are going to get rid of the Raw belt.Does anyone have a good idea to get rid of it. Or does anyone know how they are going to get rid of the split brand pay-per views. They have to get rid of that before Wrestle Mania XX right. I'm going to WrestleMania and if it sucks of they still have the Split Brand shit I am going to stop watching this crap.

why does it matter if there are split brands? It doesn't affect match quality or booking. It just means that you're more likely to like one show and watch that more often

WrestleMania XX is twice as important as Wrestle MAnia XIX. Plus it is at MSG. Huge difference

WM X was an anniversary show, and at MSG, and had two title matches. No problems there, unless you want to illustrate the difference.

I think the whole argument on the BLAND extemsion is that one day we'll have raw wrestlers invading SD or viceversa, which doesn't affect me since I live in Italy and gets tapes every few months so I'm not really up to what wrestlers are on what roster, btw.

Technically, Wrestlemania XX is twice as big as Wrestlemania X, not wrestlemania XIX. Wrestlemania XXXVIII is twice as big as Wrestlemania XIX.

I think split PPVs can still work, but otherwise I agree with you. I don't mind a Raw-specific champion, I don't mind a Smackdown specific champion. But there should be one WWE-wide champion, who is unquestionably the top dog in the federation, who floats between shows.

I'm guessing when they realize that they've burned all their bridges or that so many old wrestlers are now too drug-addled to do anything and they can't fill up the show with nostalgia acts and "remember this?" bits, Mania XX will simply be booked as the Raw vs SD showdown, with the Rumble winner getting first pickings on the winner of the main at Backlash so that they can quickly sell a second PPV.
