Since I posted about Johnson hacking into my account, I've gotten several AIM's asking me to explain myself. Here goes:

 

 

On the day the Iraq War began Johnson posted that he was opening up a message board. I decided to sign up and I used the same username and password there as I did here. Johnson and I didn't get along (what a surprise) at his board so I left. Soon after it went defunct. We also had a flamewar in NHB over perceieved biases Dames had against certain posters.

 

A little bit after this, Zack Malibu sends me a reply to a PM that the computer says I sent, but that i don't remember sending. Obviously someone else did it, using my name, and tried to stir up shit between myself and the only person on my buddies list: Zack Malibu.

 

This ruled out an OAOAST'er because they would have known well enough to send shit like this to all the OAOAST mods. But this didn't. He only sent to the one person on my Buddies List: Zack Malibu.

 

I changed my password, and confronted Johnson with what I knew: He didn't deny it. I told Dames about it, but never got an answer.

 

I talked to Tom, he said while there was no SPECIFIC passage saying this was a bannable action, that he could be banned under this. From the TSM Rules and Regulations:

 

"Moderators are fully authorized to use their own discretion when dealing with any situation they encounter, and to mete out any penalties they see fit."

 

In short Johnson was the only one who knew my Password. He had motive, means, and opportunity.

 

There you have it, ladies and gentlemen: The case against Johnson1620. I leave the verdict up to the mods.

I may not be the most liked person around here, but I do enjoy myself. And I had no reason to do what I am being accused of. Plus it's quite funny that this is only coming up now.

 

Also, I never start shit with anybody, yet people are constantly starting shit with me. And I will defend myself. How does that make me the bad guy?
