It's Torrie and Tajiri vs Stacy and Tazz later tonight in a mixed tag team match. 80 Billy Gunn vs Lance Storm. Match Background: None. The Match: SUPER frankensteiner on Billy, who hit hard and is loopy as a result. Springboard dropkick from Lance Storm. Nicely done. Vicious kick to the teeth from Lance Storm. Pin, but Billy is out just before the three count. Billy takes a flying neckbreaker from Lance Storm. Covers for a quick two count. Billy Gunn avoids a Lance Storm avalanche by getting out of the damn way! Big kick from Billy staggers Storm but that's about it. Billy Gunn hits a sloppy double axe handle off the top. Lance Storm fights out of a grapple. Spinning bulldog in the corner and Billy is down! Lance Storm has Billy Gunn down on the canvas. Canadian Maple Leaf!!! Billy Gunn taps out! My Opinion: I'll give it a *1\2 rating. Consider getting more stars to be the adventure of a lifetime. Get started. Overall:68 Crowd Reaction:67 Match Quality:70 Tommy Dreamer is your guest host for Heat. 72 Tajiri gets ready for tonight. 79 Spike Dudley vs Mike Awesome. Match Background: None. The Match: Spike strikes away at Mike Awesome, not doing much damage at all. Spike Dudley hits a right hand on Mike Awesome and follows it up with a couple more. Mike Awesome takes a right hand to the temple from Spike. I bet those hurt more than Sgt. Slaughter's Noogies. Covers for a quick two count. Spike Dudley with a badly-executed spinning neckbreaker on Awesome. One more performed that badly and this match will end on a bad note, if you get my drift. Hooks the leg for a two count. Mike Awesome pulls a mule kick out of nowhere. Spike is a glutton for punishment and just continues to take it during this match. Hooks the leg for a two count. Spear by Mike Awesome. Spike blocks a punch. Spike Dudley scores with a crappy looking standing spinebuster. Could have been done a hell of a lot better though. Mike Awesome gets whipped into the turnbuckles by Spike. Dudley Dogg!!! 1....2....3!! It's all over. My Opinion: Nothing special...nothing special at all. *1/4 Overall:66 Crowd Reaction:64 Match Quality:68 Perry Saturn vs Raven. Match Background: None. The Match: Saturn is a glutton for punishment and just continues to take it during this match. BAAACK Body drop by Saturn gets a bit of a pop from the crowd. Covers for a quick two count. Saturn flips out of a Raven bodyslam attempt. Perry Saturn with a spinning neckbreaker on Raven. STIFF~! chop lights up Raven who covers up to try and stop the agonizing PAIN! Flying shoulder tackle by Saturn sends Raven CRASHING to the mat. Saturn drops an elbow...but Raven moves out of the way. Full nelson slam on Saturn. Perry Saturn is in trouble. Evenflow DDT! 1....2....3. My Opinion: I can be generous sometimes. Well, depends on your definition of generous. **1/4. Overall:77 Crowd Reaction:78 Match Quality:75 Tazz and Stacy Keibler vs Tajiri and Torrie Wilson. Match Background: None. The Match: Torrie Wilson takes a butterfly suplex from Tazz. Tazz hits a stalling suplex on Torrie. Hooks the leg for a two count. Tag between Tazz and Stacy Keibler. Stacy \ Tazz hook up Torrie, then hit a double suplex. Stacy uses a neckbreaker on Torrie. Hooks the leg for a two count. BORING ass brawling from Stacy. Stacy goes for a splash but Torrie puts the knees up. Side suplex from Torrie. Could have been done a hell of a lot better though. Tag to Tajiri. Hard back suplex on Stacy. Come to think of it, that move had WAY too much power in No Mercy for N64. Lightning kick by Tajiri on Stacy. Stacy counters an arm wringer with an elbow to the side of the head. Tag between Stacy Keibler and Tazz. Doctor Bomb connects and Tajiri landed hard. High Angle DDT by Tazz just SPIKES Tajiri down! Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! I would have bought that as the finish! Double arm suplex by Tazz connects as Tajiri hits hard. Tajiri counters a backdrop attempt with a kick to the face and hit a clothesline! Beautiful spinning arm drag out of the corner by Tajiri. Tazz is in trouble. Here it comes - Kick Of Death. 1....2...3, it's finished. My Opinion: You barely escaped a DUD rating. 1/4*.
