[The screen fades from black, showing a view of Mistress Sarah and Mikaela in the locker room, late, very late after Battleground II. Sarah has an icepack on her forehead, but a very enraged expression on her face.]

 

Sarah: “The fuck am I supposed to do?! Put you through aggression training?! You were doing fine until that BITCH Slutny Sky came out.”

 

[sarah throws the icepack down, nearly hitting Mikaela with it.]

 

Sarah: “You just let her walk all over me and now Pete has my title!! Useless wench! I brought you back to help me out, goddammit! YOU’RE NOT HELPING ME OUT!”

 

[As Sarah’s voice grows louder, Mikaela’s stony gaze gets cold.]

 

Mikaela: “I’ve been training, Mistress. I’m tougher than I was.”

Sarah: “But not tough enough to follow through with your orders earlier tonight?”

Mikaela: [sheepishly] “I was distracted.”

Sarah: “By who?! Or what?! Fuckin’ gay-ass NTD!?”

Mikaela: “Sydney Sky.”

Sarah: [after a five second silence] “You’re fucking kidding me.”

 

[Mikaela only shakes her head. The Mistress grabs up a towel resting on the bench beside Mikaela. She makes a motion to snap it at her escort, but stays herself. Instead, Sarah draped the towel around her neck and points a finger at Mikaela.]

 

Sarah: “You weren’t around for my days in the IGNJL. It was probably Sydney Sky who diverted Pete’s attention from me. That bitch was the one who turned Longdogger Pete against me, I KNOW IT! Godammn southerner son of a bitch!”

 

[sarah turns away from Mikaela, running a hand through her hair. The Mistress takes a deep breath and looks over her shoulder at Mikaela.]

 

Sarah: “Are you gonna help me out, or am I gonna have to do this on my own again?”

Mikaela: “I want to help.”

Sarah: “Good. I expect to see some bodies on the floor, and not of my accord.”

 

[The Mistress drops the towel to the floor and heads to the door of the locker room. She opens the door and pauses.]

 

Sarah: “I’ll see you at the hotel. I have to make sure Stubby is giving me a rematch.”

 

[sarah exits the locker room, but the camera focuses on Mikaela momentarily. The microphone barely picks up the escort’s murmur.]

 

Mikaela: “I need you, Sarah.  I’ll do what it takes … “

 

[The camera then cuts back to Mistress Sarah, who is striding down the hallway with purpose. She turns corners and evades arena workers as she makes her way to Stubby’s office and "Paint It Black" begins playing ever so softly. It's as if it were playing in your mind instead of by the arena technicians ... ]

 

“Well, Pete. How does a cage sound?”
