Nintendo's E-Reader

Recommended Posts

What exacting does this expensive add on do besides play old NES games? I know that there is a pack of cards for Animal Crossing but is there any other GameCube packs out? Pokemon and YuGiOh are big names, why have'nt Nintendo made this the selling point for the E-Reader.

Nintendo HAS made Pokemon the selling point. Some of the Pokemon card game expansions have been e-Reader compatible for quite a while...

But are the cards mini games like the display models had or can the cards be used with the Ruby or Sapphire games? Besides where ever I see the E-Reader cards being sold I do not see anything other than games like Ballon Fight or Donkey Kong.

October 20th they are releasing a set to battle new trainers and pokemon compatable with Ruby/Saphire. On the same date, a set of cards featuring ALL NEW LEVELS for Mario Advance 4 (SMB3) will be released to go hand in hand with that game.
