I am going to say Amanda Bynes for a few reasons.

 

A) she is more talented. I like her show on the WB ALOT more than the Lizzie Mcguire shows on disney. (yes I watched on occasion SHUT UP) Hillary cant sing although I will be damned if her song "why not" got stuck in my head for three days of toture. Amanda probably knows she cant sing therefore doesnt try (to my knowledge) I did see What A Girl wants (SHUT UP), the movie starring bynes and ended up liking it in a way.. I have no desire to see Lizzie The Movie.

 

B) IMO Bynes is hotter, maybe it because she is older but while Hillary is very cute, i am diggin bynes ALOT more.

 

C) the whole disney thing probably wont work in Hillary's favor. Whenever I see her I think disney. Now maybe if she gets a show on a different station I will snap out of it but bynes has a much more "mature" seemingly nature, once again its probably the age thing.

 

Overall I think Hillary will be the first to be forgotten in a while unless things change for her.

Ahhh....I would say Bynes...in my oppinion, the whole Disney thing has messed Duff up BAD. Whether she would have left now or later, it still would have stuck with her in my oppinon. But maybe thats just cuz she hasnt done anything else yet...
