Guest webmasterofwrestlegame Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 Nathan Jones is currently in Mexico working on one of the biggest budget movies in history called “Troy” starring Brad Pitt. Jones will be featured in a big battle for the opening scenes of the movie. He will be in Mexico for about a month for filming. Someone should tell Brad Pitt he may want to look out for that dangerous spinning kick Jones pulls off so brilliantly...
jester Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 On the plus side, they finally found a use for him. Say HHH, doesn't that make you mad? Bad enough the Rock gets to be in movies, but frickin' Nathan Jones? And what have you been in, roid boy?

Guest Trivia247 Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 hmm the biggest budget movie in history is called....TROY? what was the second biggest budget movie...... KYLE?
jester Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 hmm the biggest budget movie in history is called....TROY? what was the second biggest budget movie...... KYLE? No, MCCLURE. You might remember me from such educational films as "Lead Paint: Delicious But Deadly," and "Here Comes the Metric System!"
B. Brian Brunzell Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 hmm the biggest budget movie in history is called....TROY? what was the second biggest budget movie...... KYLE? FUCK KYLE! I saw Nathan Jones" and "movie" and figured that it just had to be a fetish film. Boy was I wrong.
dubq Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 hmm the biggest budget movie in history is called....TROY? what was the second biggest budget movie...... KYLE? Um... I think you're missing the historical connection... In the year 1193 before Christ, the prince Paris of Troy stole the beatiful Helen away from her husband Menelaus, the king of Sparta, setting the two nations at war with each other. All the Greek entire armada come to the city of Troy and begun a bloody siege that lasted over ten years, with the Greek forces led by Achilles and the Trojan forces, led by the prince Hector.
Guest The Real Nosferatu Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 As lnog as Jones is off WWF TV i'm happy. Correction. WWE TV. You might remember me from such educational films as "Lead Paint: Delicious But Deadly," and "Here Comes the Metric System!" High-Larious!
Guest Choken One Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 It's a Docudrama about that little bitch who started the war...I think. I didn't do to well in history... Jones does actually have that "Big Goof" enforcer movie look...Vince should just use him for the Movies for more Movie Credits... It's funny though... Rock has his own franchise character and is often regarded as the next Arnold or Stallone... and HHH's best work was Pacific Blue and Drew Carey Show... Fuck...Even Edge was in a movie...so was RVD... HHH won't be happy when he sees Buh Buh dudley in the next De Niro Flick
dubq Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 I just took a peek at this film on IMDB.. the cast looks pretty top notch! Brian Cox and Brendan Gleeson in the same film? Kickass! http://www.imdb.com/Credits?0332452 ...and for what it's worth - Jones isn't even listed on the site, so he's probably in a "no name guard/soldier" role.
AndrewTS Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 "and HHH's best work was Pacific Blue and Drew Carey Show..." Never heard of the former. However, HHH was able to be in an episode revolving around a jailbait porn starlet and it still sucked. Since then it's long been canned.
Guest goar Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 For what it's worth, Troy it going to be an absolutely HUGE hit. Brad Pitt, Orlando Bloom, Eric Bana, $$$. There's no way Jones has any kind of a major part.
Youth N Asia Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 in a non speaking/non wrestling role he could do alright... Oh who am I kidding, everything he touches turns to shit.
Guest Polish_Rifle Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 HHH's best work was Pacific Blue Didn't he get punked out by Mario Lopez in that episode?
Guest Choken One Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 add that to the line of aborted Russo Angles... He wanted to use Lopez a few angles as cross promotion with The Bay Watch rip off pACIFIC Blue...
Guest Nanks Posted August 18, 2003 Report Posted August 18, 2003 I'm stunned so few of you seem to have heard about Troy. I can't wait for this movie. I'm a bit of a Classic Mythology geek (Greek in particular) and this movie looks great. 7 Years In Tibet & The Mexican are the only Brad Pitt movies I haven't enjoyed but they had lame premises. Jones will just be a huge random warrior who cuts down a few other random smaller soldiers before Achilles kills him. But hey, now there are 2 Aussies in the cast!! Hurrah!!
AndrewTS Posted August 19, 2003 Report Posted August 19, 2003 HHH's best work was Pacific Blue Didn't he get punked out by Mario Lopez in that episode? I think so, but I seem to recall him needing to do it with a fire extinguisher. No, not spraying it, but actually hitting him in the back of the head with it. This was 98-99, by the way, and HHH was the leader of DX at the time. And Trips stated that he's not really interested in movie stardom, but if was for a "dumptruck full of money" he'd be glad to do it.
