My best guess is that it was a local rookie. I've never heard of him but with a name like that I wouldn't be surprised if it was something they came up with on the spot and just threw a mask on him.

I'm going to assume someone no-showed. I was going to say Bret, since he was getting shots almost exclusively at the time, but he was matched up with Borga so no clue.

 

Now that I think about it ... the Undertaker isn't on the card and there is no real reason to put Hughes & Gonzalez on a house show without Taker. So he no-showed the tag match and either Perfect or Savage was bumped out of their title match with Yoko. I'm going to guess Savage was supposed to be in the tag match since he had been facing Gonzalez at house shows at that time.
