Because its the best match out of their series of matches starting in 1997 and ending in 2002. Anyway, as far as disappointing is in the thread, I'm shocked no one mentioned Hogan Vs. Warrior II...

Who would have high expectations for that one? However, that match was so horrendously atrocious, that even those with the lowest expectations would have been disappointed.
