RAW might have more in-ring time than Smackdown, but consider that Vince/Sable/Stephanie will be doing backstage skits all night. Those will probably balance out the time for each brand. I'm not saying that Bischoff/Austin/Linda won't have skits, but they probably won't be as long or as many, considering that Bischoff already has a match and they can play out that whole storyline in the ring.
