I don't think this match will be all that bad. Triple H is slowly getting better since coming back crappy, and Taker has helluva improved since turning heel. Also, remember to factor in that these two guys respect each other backstage, so they'll work hard for each other. I think this match will be very entertaining, but nothing to write home about.

A lot of you keep saying Taker & HHH had a GREAT match at X-7.  Personally I thought it was **1/4.  Weak brawling, lame highspot, cool finish, wrong winner.  Doesn't sound GREAT to me...

I think we all know that the outcome of this match is pretty obvious

 

But it could be anywhere form *** (both guys try, no one gets tired) to DUD (both guys get tired, and retarded angles building up the match have dragged it to Jericho-HHH level apathy)

 

My hope is Taker gets this one last "congratulations, you're old" title shot and then retires.

That's what we were hoping for at Judgment Day last year, and Survivor Series of 2000, and we thought his return in May 2000 would be his retirement run.

IMO, Taker has had 3 ***+ matches in the past 2 years, being against Austin, HHH, and RVD. Hey, one of them is HHH, so we might be lucky with this match. But the WM match was when HHH was at his best, and now...

I really don't think this match will be too horrible, but I do question why Taker is getting the shot.  HHH and Angle would have been a better match.  Shit, I wouln't mind seeing Hogan main event one last time.  The sad thing is that if they don't turn HHH heel soon I may lose all the interest I ever had in him.  He's really been sucking lately.  I wouldn't mind seeing HHH join th nWo even because it would add a little star power to the stale-ass group.  One last thing....RAW sucked my balls.

I'd say ** at most. HHH will hopefully be motivated to show he's not a failure as a face champion, but UT has no motivation and hasn't for about 5 years.
