Seriously, they made a whole show out of everyone leaving the town, and Andy (the habitual prankster) can't handle not being able to prank anyone so he sets up all the Gnomes (the town's mascot) he can find and does pranks on them. Well, everyone's pranked out fearfully because you know. Gnomes scare people.
