Why? Was it for Corino shitting on NY and starting the riot or something else? Is that why Corino "shot" on ROH a few weeks back on their boards? What dee dealy-o? Tawren 0 Report post Posted August 28, 2003 What is the riot? I've never heard what happened, specifically. What show is it on?
bob_barron 0 Report post Posted August 28, 2003 It was a total work from day one. The people who started the riot were from Homicide's group including his now cornerman J-Train. They would disrupt the Group at the next two shows before Homicide's crew and the Group faced off in a non sanctioned brawl at Epic Encounter. Corino was in Japan this whole time. He was supposed to show up Night of Grudges (since his team was finally facing off against the Prohpecy for the first time) but ended up getting arrested. Later on Homicide challenged Corino to a fight at rohwrestling.com and the worked shoot began. Corino's reason for not wanting to show up in ROH again was b/c of the riots

There were three riots: The first occoured at 1st Anniversary Show after Corino v. Homicide. The second occured at Expect the Unexpected after Homicide v. Joe v. Whitmer v. Money The third occured at Night of Champions before a six man with Anderson/Joe/Victory v. Homicide/DHS
JustJoe2k5 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2003 Yeah, it was a work, however, on the opposite side of the commotion another guy gets into the ring and is tackled by Homicide. I think that guy wasn't part of the riot, but it was still pretty fun to watch.
