Actually, it has been released. It was on WWF: The Music, Volume 3. It was the first track on the CD.

I have both FL '98 and the CD, and the themes sound the same.

 

This site even has a preview of the UT theme from Volume 3. Isn't that the right theme?

Eh, I'll take your word for it, Eagan. They sounded the same to me, but I'm probably missing something.

 

Could you or somebody else tell me what the difference is between the theme he used at Fully Loaded and the track from Vol. 3? I honestly can't tell the difference.

I think the theme we all want is UT's theme from SSLam 98 with the guitar riff. That was the first PPV I think he used it.
