Guest jedi bobs Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 From WWW.wrestlingobserver.com. Kevin Nash will be out of the ring for several months after undergoing surgery earlier today for a torn bicep. [\QUOTE] Well it looks like big lazy is out for a while recuprating.
Guest Nater Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Thats what happens when you get excited about going to WWF and overwork your arms..
Guest starvenger Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 So basically, he's doing the exact same thing in the WWF that he was doing before the injury. But my question is, how will he ever manage to wash his hair properly with a torn bicep?
Guest goodhelmet Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Why haven't they already fired the big slug. The guy is absolutely worthless.
Guest Slapnuts00 Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 My Sweet Lord....Haaaaaaallejuuuuuah!!
Guest Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Hey Hey Hey...Whats with all the Nash hate in this post? Okay, given the man ain't what he used to be,nor can he create a ***** match, but give the devil his due, Nash bleeds charisma (the post-mania promo with Hogan & Rock) and has been a fan-favourite of sorts for a long time. I am a personal fan of Kevin Nash, and have been since his Big Daddy Cool days, Nash has been there with the best of them and proven his worth (Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Goldberg, Scott Steiner). Sorry, but i feel SOMEONE has to stand up for the Big Guy, as it looks like no-one here will. Still, The Undertaker he IS NOT! R-E-S-P-E-C-T Undertaker doesn't expect it, He demands it!
Guest goodhelmet Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 When the highlight of your return was being called Big Daddy Bitch, then it might be time for Nash to just disappear for good. And sorry Taker guy, Nash hasn't proven his worth. He ruined Goldberg's run. His matches with Steiner were painfully bad. His matches with Bret and HBK are the result of their greatness, not his. And the last person you want to stick up for on the Smarkboard is Kevin Nash
Guest notJames Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Did anyone check to see if Nash "lost his smile", too? Ugh. 700 Gs well spent, Vince. Do you know how many luchadores you can buy with that money? All of them! Plus have enought left over to ground ship Kurt Angle to England so he can job to Brian Christopher every other Sunday.
Guest Tony149 Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 How many matches was Nash in? 3? Vince would probably freak out if Hogan was the one who got hurt.
Guest Brian Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 He could have gotten nine Rey Mysterio's.
Guest notJames Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 He could have gotten nine Rey Mysterio's. NICE~!
Guest buffybeast Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Where is Nash's supposed charisma? Yeah, he was way over on the mic in the old WCW. but I haven't seen this mysterious charisma he supposedly has. Who thinks Nash is going to sit home with former Nitro girl Chae Ahn and milk this injury for all it is worth?
Guest Goodear Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 When the highlight of your return was being called Big Daddy Bitch, then it might be time for Nash to just disappear for good. And the last person you want to stick up for on the Smarkboard is Kevin Nash Goldberg's run got ruined by a ill-advised heel turn and his unfortunate tendency to get hurt punching through glass like a retard. Just saying... Anyway, blessing in disguise for me. Nash can still wander around doing his promos and running interfearence during nWo matches without actually being in those matches. Seems like win-win to me.
Guest Annoyed Grunt Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Goldberg's run got ruined by a ill-advised heel turn and his unfortunate tendency to get hurt punching through glass like a retard. Just saying... Yes, but his winning streak was ended by Nash pinning him.
Guest humongous2002 Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Nash is a useless big piece of turd that be stinking up the ring, without Bret or Shawn carrying his ass he can't have decent matches. Hopefully Vince takes his head out of his ass and fires this worthless piece of luggage.
Guest Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 First off, no one take the grunt's Yatta! link. I've seen it before, and it's more like watching Taker/HHH/Hogan in a main event. oh, wait... As for Nash, is all i can say for him getting hurt. Or maybe to Vince for singing him. Anyone at all familar with Nash in WCW saw this one coming. I bet Nash injured his arm doing one of his POW hair flips. The good thing is Vince saw this coming and didn't allow Nash to do anything of merit. Go to hell Nash, you ruin everything.
Guest chirs3 Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 "Nash bleeds charisma." Quote of the day, right there.
Guest Goodear Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Goldberg's run got ruined by a ill-advised heel turn and his unfortunate tendency to get hurt punching through glass like a retard. Just saying... Yes, but his winning streak was ended by Nash pinning him. Well, someone had to do it eventually.
Guest Mole Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Goldberg's run got ruined by a ill-advised heel turn and his unfortunate tendency to get hurt punching through glass like a retard. Just saying... Yes, but his winning streak was ended by Nash pinning him. Well, someone had to do it eventually. Yeah, but not by Nash, and not at the time Goldberg lost. He should of lost a lot longer down the road.
Guest Human Fly Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Well, if Nash has got all of this carisma. Then this will be a good chance to use it. I see no problem with this. Nash was useless in the ring at least he can still do the big boot to the face on the outside of the ring. With Nash's wrestling style if they wanted to they could probably get him to work a few 6-man matches during his injury. Also another plus of this is that we don't have to suffer through Nash v. Kane.
Guest TheMikeSC Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Well, folks, when you work the kind of hectic, grueling, overly physical style that Nash is SO well known for, these kinds of injuries are to be expected. Heck, I'm shocked he hasn't injured himself more often with that fast, go-go-go style. -=Mike
Guest Slapnuts00 Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Okay, given the man ain't what he used to be,nor can he create a ***** match, but give the devil his due, Nash bleeds charisma (the post-mania promo with Hogan & Rock) and has been a fan-favourite of sorts for a long time. I am a personal fan of Kevin Nash, and have been since his Big Daddy Cool days, Nash has been there with the best of them and proven his worth HAHA Good one! OOH OOH let me try, ehem, "Nash was the best world champion the WWF ever had! 1995 was such a succesful year because of the amazing leadership and charisma of Kevin Nash. And DAMN was he a great booker in WCW, I mean booking himself as the top star and champion? Nash didn't start WCW's demise, in fact WCW would probably still BE HEAR TODAY if Nash was still in control" Good stuff.
Guest Anorak Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Something like this was just waiting to happen in my opinion as Nash has looked consistantly out of shape since his returrn.
Guest notJames Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 What could Mr. "Wrestled-Only-3-Matches-Since-I-Got-Here" have done to tear his bicep? Probably by waving to everyone from above the glass ceiling. Or teaching HHH how to hold people down with one arm. Or writing an itemized list of things people have said about him to make him cry. Boo-fucking-hoo, Nash. You won't be missed.
Guest Will Scarlet Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 I do not see the big deal about this. I mean, all Nash did before the injury was stand around, look menacing, talk a bit, and hit the occasional big boot. Surely, he can do that now, even despite the injury. If not, well, then I wonder where this leaves the NWO angle. Of course, if it vanished off the face of earth, then I certainly would not complain one iota. Hey, maybe, when Nash comes back, and all the Natural Born Thrillers will finally be up in the WWF, then Nash could revive his "Coach Nash" character. I actually kind of enjoyed him that role.
Guest crandamaniac Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Heck, I'm shocked he hasn't injured himself more often with that fast, go-go-go style. -=Mike LoL Fast go go go style? When is Nash fast? Your Joking right?
Guest Shaved Bear Posted April 3, 2002 Report Posted April 3, 2002 Heck, I'm shocked he hasn't injured himself more often with that fast, go-go-go style. -=Mike LoL Fast go go go style? When is Nash fast? Your Joking right? well he clearly is
