Sega working on "Shinobi with Tits"

"Sega has unveiled the first pics of their quai-sequel to Shinobi, Kunoichi for the PS2. These are the first images to surface since the game was announced last May and show the female lead character, a ninja, kicking booty all over the place in very stylish manner. Looking promising thus far."

Breathing new life into an old license, a revamp for the sake of adding fan service, or both?

Still, if it plays like good ol' Shinobi games should, it likely will be a hit.

This is quite old news, and the PS2 shinobi was god awfull so if they are using the same engine all is lost really.

Yeah, but I certainly didn't hear about it before, and we have pics now.

I repeat, "Still, if it plays like good ol' Shinobi games should, it likely will be a hit."

Hopefully they heard the complaints about it and are starting with a new engine. Still, this seems like a very "Tecmo"-ish move.

kkktookmybabyaway: This pic you mean?

Not arguing with you there, the original shinobi engine kicks ass.

The PS2 Shinobi wasn't all THAT bad. It took a while for me to both get used to the set up and to just get used to the game overall, but once I played it for a while, It really clicked with me.

Unfortunately, looks like total 3D, which usually is difficult to make work. Shame apparently it won't be a 2.5D style game, because it kinda prevents a lot of those 3D game falterings.

Apparently that's how the new PS2 Castlevania will be done, so who knows...

Hideous amounts of reppition really ruined it for me.

I honestly hadn't played it (the PS2 Shinobi), but that's because of some negative reviews.

That chick is very close to sporting camel toe. Shame on you, Sega. ;)
