It'll probably be Buffy, Spike, Willow, Xander, Dawn, with the final one being Anya, Caleb, Giles, or Kennedy. My hope is Anya. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if Angel got a disc. Spike did get one for Season Three even though he was only there for one episode.

I like the way they look, but I am not a fan of the quotes on the discs. It seems a bit cheesy.

Yes, it matters who's on the disc. It's a way of showing who ME cares about. Notice Anya is NEVER on box art? Because they are holding her down.

Anya doesn't deserve box art. Giles gets it over her any day of the week just because he is more important than her. He was there from day one and she wasn't, simple as that.

 

However, she should get a disc atleast. They should have given her one in season six since she played a pretty huge role.

I got Angel Season 2 and 3 on DVD, so it'll be fun watching those in context with Season 5 (most of which I have on disc). Watching Waiting in the Wings was really fun cause you get to see the beginning of Wes' torment in seeing Fred with another man. The disappointing -and heartbreaking- stuff was hearing Joss proclaim his love for something that wasn't Firefly (even if it had Summer Glau in it) in the commentaries. That man is a whore. And not a space whore (or "spwhore"), but a regular, down and dirty, vampire whore. That bitch. *slaps*

 

So now that I have these 2 seasons on DVD, everyone else can now discuss them freely (and if you were before, I missed it. I tend not to care about things not dealing with me).

 

But say it with me now... GROUP DVD EPISODE DISCUSSION~!~!~!~!~~~!!!

Dawn because Tara played a BIG role in season 6, so she needed a disc.

Well, Caleb's on a disc so I'm happy.

 

It should be: Buffy, Giles, Xander, Willow, Spike and Anya or Caleb (Anya annoyed me all through season 7, but she does have seniority over everybody else)

Yeah Giles should have gotten a disc on every season, other than season 1.

Giles is in like 13 eps in season 7. Anya is a regular and is in 19. She gets a disc over him. Caleb is in 5 eps, screw him.

 

 

That reminds me, it's bogus how they underused Anya so much she is actually gone for 3 eps. Barely in a couple of them too, like in Lessons she is in one scene.
