Filled my Werewolf fix today.....

Recommended Posts

I went to Frys today with the intention on buying the Day of the Dead SE, however they were all out. So I was cruising the rest of the horror racks and found Howling SE and An American Werewolf in London CE both for $14.99. Needless to say I jumped on this deal, and I came home happy with two more horror movies for the collection~!

Go to Deepdiscountdvd.com for Day of the Dead.

$18 and free shipping = cheapest I've seen

i love American Werewolf in London so much, i just watched mine a few days ago, listening to the commentary. Pretty fun commentary, David and Griffin seem like pretty good friends.

The Interviews with Baker and Landis are excellent too.

i'm gonna get Howling SE at some point but i've never liked it as much as i like AWIL.

IMO, the transformation in AWIL is so much better than the one in the Howling, even though for some reason everyone points to the one in Howling first. Maybe since it is darker and pulsating cheeks help the effect(and yes they do). I just thought the overall transformation was better in AWIL.

IMO, the transformation of David into a Werewolf in AWIL, it's still, the best werewolf transformation ever. Not even with CGI or any of the modern FX they've been able to top it.

I hope Underworld has cool transformations.
