Guest Shaved Bear Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 ok before you say: "OK this kid is an idiot" hear me out The most promoted song on the album is HHH's song, which is horrible this time around, and doesnt even get played for shows RVD has the most popular song among all listeners, yet is stuck in the *mid-album* and not promoted as much as the big boys (Creed, Kid Rock, etc.) Jericho's song by Sevendust, a good band, is horrible, similarily like he is an awesome wrestling talent booked into horrible matches and storylines think about it...
Guest Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 ok before you say: "OK this kid is an idiot" hear me out The most promoted song on the album is HHH's song, which is horrible this time around, and doesnt even get played for shows RVD has the most popular song among all listeners, yet is stuck in the *mid-album* and not promoted as much as the big boys (Creed, Kid Rock, etc.) Jericho's song by Sevendust, a good band, is horrible, similarily like he is an awesome wrestling talent booked into horrible matches and storylines think about it... Conspiracy?
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 If there are lyric notes inside the CD, is there a little glass ceiling separating HHH's music from the others?
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 In Canada we get to see Benoit's song promoted constantly.
Guest Shaved Bear Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 If there are lyric notes inside the CD, is there a little glass ceiling separating HHH's music from the others? lmao
Guest Slapnuts00 Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 You want to talk conspiracy? How about Kane, he has new music used on RAW by Finger Eleven, and had the "Forceable Entry" graphic flash on screen despite the song NOT EVEN BEING ON THE ALBUM! (seriously, I was wondering what was up with that?) Kane was screwed!
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Slapnuts, did you buy the album or download it? Because I bought it, and Finger 11's track is on it. Track 19. "Slow Chemical."
Guest Your Olympic Hero1 Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Finger 11's track is only on the Canadian release of "Forcible Entry"
Guest Dangerous A Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 I'm sorry, but this is dumb. The workers have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LINEUP OF THE MUSIC!!!! Blame whoever put the album together if your favorite track isn't first. If you've ever bought music before, you know that all the popular or good tracks are not always at the beggining. RVD's music being held back to the middle. Please. By the way I have this album and RVD's song is lame IMO. HHH's song suffers from having to follow up Motorhead's kick ass version. Drowning Pool's version by itself is not that bad, IMO.
Guest art_vandelay Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 OK, this kid is an idiot. BTW, Slow Chemical is the best song on the entire album, IMO. The US fans totally got screwed. By all means, download it.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Why is it not in the US Version?
Guest Slapnuts00 Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Shit, I indeed bought the album and NO Kane's track is not on there. Only on the Canadian version? well, I guess it exlpains it but why not on all the copies?
Guest Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 In Canada we get to see Benoit's song promoted constantly. Only because it's sung by Our Lady Peace, who are Canadian. Deffinatly not their best work...
Guest treble charged Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Why is it not in the US Version? Because they're a Canadian band that no one in the States knows.
Guest Shaved Bear Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 why who in the united states heard of boy hits car, at the risk of sounding like an ass, i sure havent
Guest Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Boy Hits Car are probably some up and coming band, this sucks really, because rather than matching their wrestlers up with appropriate music, the WWF is more interested in cross-promotion. I don't think Finger Eleven can really match the fear inspired by Kane's old music (actually, I don't think that Finger Eleven could match the fear inspired by Paula Abdul, either)
Guest Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Cross promotion? With Finger 11? Give me a break. They probably jsut thought it was good(its not).
Guest Karnage Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Drowning Pool should of never touched Motorhead's version of The Game.
Guest treble charged Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Come on, Finger 11 isn't TOO bad. Sure, they're not very menacing, but they do have some good songs.
Guest Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 The opening post in this thread was just plain ridiculous. "If there are lyric notes inside the CD, is there a little glass ceiling separating HHH's music from the others? " That made reading it all worthwhile though. I almost choked on my dinner I was laughing so hard.
Guest Shaved Bear Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 The opening post in this thread was just plain ridiculous. It was kinda-sorta meant to be, but the order that these songs are put sure are symbolic arent they?
Guest dreamer420 Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 ok before you say: "OK this kid is an idiot" hear me out i don't know about you guys but this kid is an idiot.
Guest TheDames7 Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Dammit.....I LIKE Drowning Pool's version of The Game. And it is NOT a remake, doesnt have the same lyrics, or chorus. If anything is has the beginning riff and that is IT. Dames - Defender of Drowning Pool.
Guest TheDames7 Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Oh yeah!!! ANGLE SUCKS! Dames - Euro Title-Proof
Guest Anglesault Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Oh yeah? ::Wallops Dames with the Hardcore title::
Guest Anglesault Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Technicalities suck, don't they? I am actually listening to Pool's "The Game" right now. HOLY FUCK, is it bad. I was just assuming the song sucked.
Guest TheDames7 Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Whats so bad about it? Are you trying to compare it to Motorhead? I like the song, thats all I care aboot. Dames - Is NOT A F'n Sheep
Guest Anglesault Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 I HATE the beat of it an it really doesn't sound anything like the Motorhead version. Maybe that IS the problem. Maybe I shouldn't compare it to Motohead. I still hate the beat and I have no clue what he is saying.
