Guest El Satanico Posted October 3, 2003 Report Posted October 3, 2003 Marc Bulger my starter is on a bye. I've had Fiedler as my backup all along, but I've recently traded for McNabb. I know it's only a matter of time until McNabb breaks out, but Fiedler has been consistently getting points in the mid 20's. Should I take a chance on McNabb breaking out against the Redskins or stick with the consistant Fiedler against the Giants?
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted October 3, 2003 Report Posted October 3, 2003 Fielder. McNabb needs to prove himself.
Guest El Satanico Posted October 3, 2003 Report Posted October 3, 2003 Yeah that's what I was thinking too. Then all this Rush stuff blew up and it made me question not playing McNabb this week. He'll be playing with a chip on his shoulder and I'm afriad it will lead to him blowing up.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted October 3, 2003 Report Posted October 3, 2003 Fielder's facing a weaker pass defense.
Dr. Tom Posted October 4, 2003 Report Posted October 4, 2003 I'd go with McNabb. He'll be playing on tilt with something to prove, and I think it'll lead to a very good day. Besides, you also get the benefit of his rushing yards. Fiedler's never struck me as a very good QB, though I guess he posts decent fantasy numbers. He has the better RB, though, so the game will probably be closer there. The Eagles are banged up on D, meaning they might have to play catch-up, which will give McNabb more chances to put up numbers.
