New episode tonight.

The Clark-Chloe relationship has taken an interesting turn.

Could somebody please tell me how Clark lost his vision? I missed the segment before the opening credits.

Ok at the start of the show Clark was at a jewerly store looking for something for his mom. Well one the jewerly the guy pulled out had the Klytron (sp?) in it. Then a guy with a sonic scream came in and robbed the store. Well when the glass was breaking the jewlery with the rock came near Clark when he shot off his heat vision. And the rock shoot off rays that blinded Clark.

Thanks, Ed.

Next week's episode looks interesting, but the whole "Clark saves Lana from the freak of the week" thing is getting old. It's too soon for another "guy controls Lana" episode. They did a similar storyline earlier this season.

It's not a Clark saves lana ep next week, it's a Clark and Lana get mind controlled and try to kill Chloe ep.

EXACTLY when I saw the previews that said something her thoughts are not your own and then showed the clip of Clark telling Lana that he thinks the guy is controling her I thought for a second that it was a rerun.

I have a feeling it will go like this Clark will tell Lana he doesn't trust the guy, Lana thinks Clark is jealous and doesn't believe him, Clark saves Lana and they have a talk. But, by the previews it does look interesting so as always I will be watching

Heh Clark with glasses...nice foreshadowing.

EDIT: Next week may be new, but they're not only repeating an overused theme but also an already used idea. Didn't one of Lana's boyfriends control her before?

I always wondered why Clark had glasses, he is Superman and all. I just thought he did it for a disguise.

I always thought that was dumb though. If I worked (or was a friend) with Clark, then I saw Superman, I think I would be able to tell that it is the same person. But of course the glasses make him look SOOOOO different.

I haven't really watched Smallville in a long time. I lost tons of interest after the first season because it just got blah to me. I remember reading in EW about the show and how season 2 was going to focus on the story-arcs instead of the "monster of the week" episodes.

I started watching the show again in season 3, but it just lost my attention.

Lois Lane reference at the beginning of the show. That's pretty cool.

No- Xander/Harmony was a catfight

that was a BRAWL< BY GAWD!!!

Pardon my ignorance, but who are Xander and Harmony? I'm guessing that they're characters on either Buffy or Angel.

I'm thinking it was part of the mind controll. How Chloe could fight, not sure.

And Adam is Bruce Wayne. I'll say it all night.

I thought I was the only one who thought that. Once he showed off the martial arts and mentioned his lack of memory I instantly thought of Bruce.

Adam and Clark also had the whole Batman/Superman vibe when they were around.
