JHawk 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2003 SmackDown from JHawk's Beak (10/30/2003) Any resemblance between tonight's SmackDown and a wrestling program is purely coincidental.
The Mandarin 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2003 I agree with what you said, there was no excuse for THREE matches. That was pretty sad. But the segments were pretty well done tonight. Survivor Series looks so-so on paper, but they did pull off No Mercy pretty nicely. Could be good. Just the video package for Kane/Shane makes the whole storyline a bit better. A tiny bit. Bored 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2003 Three matches? Just seeing the show now on the west coast but the spoilers had a handicap match with WGTT and FBI and a tag match with the Bashams and Rikishi & S2H. Not that I was dying to see those matches but what the fuck? I've never heard of them cutting out two matches from the same show.
Guest ArchoanJB Report post Posted October 31, 2003 dude, they had to show all the promo's and interview's, who needs wrestling, besides if they cut anything out it would be the Eddy G. stuff
AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2003 This sounds kinda sad, but I didn't notice the lack of wrestling since I'd been swearing off SD and only watching Raw. What the fuck...they cut out the matches?! They gave us plenty of Torrie though. Fuck you, Vince.
EdwardKnoxII 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2003 Just the video package for Kane/Shane makes the whole storyline a bit better. A tiny bit. Yeah no kidding. When I saw it for a second I thought Kane was facing a wrestler instead of the owner's son.
Guest JumpinJackFlash Report post Posted October 31, 2003 12 minutes! 12 minutes! This isn't remotely possible! How can you only have 12 minutes of wrestling on a wrestling show? That's 1/10 of the show wrestling and 9/10 commercials and "entertainment"! And this is SMACKDOWN! The Vince promo was pretty good though.
