EdwardKnoxII Posted October 31, 2003 Report Posted October 31, 2003 http://channels.netscape.com/new/html/live...coop/nn/11.html Meanie! Madonna Slams Ben and Jen Madonna, who managed to pull off a huge wedding the entire world knew was taking place but successfully excluded the prying cameras of the media, has slammed Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, who claim they called off their September nuptials because of the media circus it had become. She puts the blame squarely on Ben and Jen--and not the media While acknowledging that it can be challenging to have a personal life when you're in the public eye, Madonna told "Access Hollywood" reporter Pat O'Brien, "Well, to a certain extent, they courted the media attention." She says there has to be "a part of the relationship that you keep private. You know, I'm not making a judgment call on Jennifer and Ben. We can only make assumptions about why it did or didn't happen. Ultimately, if you have a strong relationship, and there is understanding of what a committed marriage is, I don't think that having a lot of media attention can break it up." And maybe she nailed the truth right there. Maybe the media was just an excuse for Ben and Jen to call off the wedding? Madonna also told "Access Hollywood" that she wants to turn at least one of her planned five children's books into an animated film. Would her daughter Lourdes star in that movie? "Absolutely not." Sorry, Lourdes. Mom has spoken.
Youth N Asia Posted November 1, 2003 Report Posted November 1, 2003 Does anyone still care about that that washed up hag as to say?
EdwardKnoxII Posted November 2, 2003 Author Report Posted November 2, 2003 Doubt it. Which is why she is kissing today's pop divas to get some fame back. I think that's the reason she's been "helping" Britney with her new song because, she wants to farther her own dying career. I mean her last two CD's didn't sell so well did they?
Use Your Illusion Posted November 2, 2003 Report Posted November 2, 2003 Madonna's 'Music' sold very well, actually. Her recent album, 'American Life', was pretty abysmal in the sales department though. UYI
