I'm looking to get a cell phone, help me out

I am finally getting rid of my Nokia come November first because they have a new program starting up where i can switch providers and keep the same number... so along with that, I want to get a new cell phone too as my current one has taken so much abuse that it doesn't work well.

 

So what is the best cell phone I can get? Features that I want are Picture Phone stuff, and AIM for cell phones. I don't care that much about price, but I am not spending $400-$500 to get a Nextel Blackberry...

 

Any help would be great
