1234-5678 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2003 from Billboard.com Guns N' Roses has been confirmed to headline the Rock in Rio-Lisbon Festival in Lisbon, Portugal, on May 30, the second night of the five-day event. This is the first word of any live dates from the Axl Rose-led band since the plug was pulled on the band's disastrous Chinese Democracy tour last December with 13 dates remaining. That outing was marked by rioting in Vancouver and Philadelphia, when the band failed to take the stage. Eh......I'm, not even sure if I care, but this is for the other GNR fans on this board. 1234-5678 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2003 from MTV.de Guns N' Roses at Rock In Rio? Monday, 11/10/2003. Guns N' Roses again are working on their comeback. Even though the years-in-the-making Chinese Democracy album still has no concrete form, the L.A. Gunners now confirmed to play the gigantic Rock In Rio Festival. Also in the making is a great European tour. Still fans of the Axl Rose - led band should not fall into enthusiasm since the roserockers already pulled the plug on many comeback-gigs, for example Rock Im Park 2002. European tour? I guess that jackass doesn't remember how he fucked over America in the winter of 2002.
