Font size on webpages in some places

I know there's a simple solution but could someone please tell me it. It takes about half a minute just to scroll past the intro everytime. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

The even lazier way is, if you have a mousewheel, to hold the Ctrl button down and roll the wheel backwards (away from you)
