November 07, 2003 - With its 40th anniversary approaching, Gilligan's Island will finally make its way to DVD. Warner Home Video will release the complete first season of the show about seven castaways on February 3, 2004 at a suggested price of $39.98. This special collector's DVD includes the rarely seen pilot episode complete with a commentary by the show's creator, Sherwood Schwartz, tropical trivia tidbits, a Gilligan's Island survival guide and more.
