Guest Metallica Posted November 13, 2003 Report Posted November 13, 2003 Hey, I want to record Between The Ropes, I used to do it with Real Audio Wave Recorder but they've switched from RA to WMA so I can't use that anymore. I've tried using Hi-Net recorder and WMR7 and they don't work for it.. BTR have a 6 second advert before the show now so I can record that part with Hi-Net but not the actual show. I'd guess there'd be a way around this though. So anyone know of a free recorder I could use? Many thanks for any help.
Jobber of the Week Posted November 13, 2003 Report Posted November 13, 2003 Why do you want to use WMA? MP3 is the popular format and can be played by a greater variety of software. Not bitching you out, just wondering how flexible you are on this because there's a greater variety of software if you use MP3.

If they put the files up as .wma, I have to get a recorder that can record wma files. ** Nevermind, managed to record it Edited November 14, 2003 by Metallica
Jobber of the Week Posted November 16, 2003 Report Posted November 16, 2003 Ah. I see what you mean. I thought you wanted to record from another source, such as a radio or TV. I'm sorry!
Guest Metallica Posted November 16, 2003 Report Posted November 16, 2003 No need to apologise, you were trying to help.
