Guest Metallica Report post Posted November 13, 2003 Hey, I want to record Between The Ropes, I used to do it with Real Audio Wave Recorder but they've switched from RA to WMA so I can't use that anymore. I've tried using Hi-Net recorder and WMR7 and they don't work for it.. BTR have a 6 second advert before the show now so I can record that part with Hi-Net but not the actual show. I'd guess there'd be a way around this though. So anyone know of a free recorder I could use? Many thanks for any help.
Jobber of the Week 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2003 Why do you want to use WMA? MP3 is the popular format and can be played by a greater variety of software. Not bitching you out, just wondering how flexible you are on this because there's a greater variety of software if you use MP3.

If they put the files up as .wma, I have to get a recorder that can record wma files. ** Nevermind, managed to record it Edited November 14, 2003 by Metallica
Jobber of the Week 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2003 Ah. I see what you mean. I thought you wanted to record from another source, such as a radio or TV. I'm sorry!
