Tawren 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2003 I was watching Final Four the other day, and I noticed during the Free 4 All that Honky Tonk Man comes out. He grabs a microphone...and we cut to a video package. We come back and he is gone. What happened, why did he come out, what did he say, etc? Just wondering... MillenniumMan831 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2003 That whole Free 4 All was a mess. Stone Cold's promo got cut off. I think a match was going on when JR/King were yapping at the table. No one had any idea what was going on.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted November 19, 2003 WWF was being raped by WCW in all ways (sadly) so maybe they were just shitting their pants knowing a horrible buyrate would happen.

Guest Banders Kennany Report post Posted April 18, 2004 Honky Tonk Man didn't come back with Rockabilly immediately. Before that they ran an angle where Honky was looking for a protegee to take to the top and he frequently came out waste time and make the crowd nauseous and take time away from REAL Superstars. It took a little bit and then he announced his new protegee, Rockabilly AKA Billy Gunn.
