Smackdown is still going on but I can't believe the results of the Jakked matches. Lance Storm jobs to FUNAKI! Who the hell did he piss off backstage to deserve that? Nothing against Funaki, but that is ridiculous. And if that's not bad enough, Christian gets pinned clean by Hugh Morrus. And Val Venis loses to Godfather on Smackdown. I understand they need to build up new build people with this split. But it seems like they're building up guys with limited potential at the expense of the guys who could legitimately become top guys. At least they are continuing to build up the Tajiri/Kidman feud.
