Troubles still

I got my camera installed, working fine, but it has since stopped recognizing the drivers and won't allow me to take pictures because there is a camera connect device error.

 

It's weird that it would work, yet then for no reason, stop working 15 minutes later. It's hooked into my USB, which said that it stopped recognizing whatever was plugged into it.

 

I tried restarting and there was a high-pitched squeal from my tower, which stopped, the camera beeped on, and then beeped off.
