Tickets for PPVs still sell pretty well for the most part. It's house shows and some Raws and Smackdowns where the attendance problem is truly a concern. Guest Gatornibs Report post Posted December 17, 2003 They had 60% of the 200 level tarped off. Considering that at the TD Waterhouse Center, there is only a 100 level and a 200 level, that's not good. Hundreds of empty seats could be seen in the non-tarped areas of the 200 level, and a few empty seats (no more than 4-5 together) were empty in the lower section. Floor level was full.
