Of course a lot of is at at stake for 2GOLD being the only person to pick Washington State. They could jump into the Top 3 or the Bottom 3 depending on the result of that game. I don't think all is loss though as even though Texas is definently the better team, they are Texas (can't ever trust them in a big game) and it is the Holiday Bowl (last five games decided by 7 points or less) so Wazzu could end pulling off the upset. I'd say Navy beating Texas Tech would be a much bigger upset than Wazzu over Texas. The Silicon Valley Bowl ironically enough may end up having the most effect on the standings, even though its only worth 3 points, because of its 12/11 split in the picks.
