LucharesuFan619 Posted December 19, 2003 Report Posted December 19, 2003 In all honesty, the lineup itself isn't all that impressive; rather, I think the roster is what is appealing. Corino/Victory? K... Extreme Horsemen/Tanaka & Kasai should be fun, as should Lynn/Sasaki. However, can't you see Homicide/Punk in other promotions, like MLW or ROH? Daniels/Striker should also be fun, but the linup of CSC/Jason vs. Solution/LeGrande is pretty dull. I think it's more the fact that Japanese guys will be working in the US than who specifically they're going up against...Just my take. I'm gonna try to go to the show. Don't know for sure if I can make it, but I'm gonna try my damndest, assuming my schedule permits.
Corey_Lazarus Posted December 19, 2003 Report Posted December 19, 2003 Might go. Sunday's are bad days for shows, since I'll have school the next day, and likely won't be able to concentrate on whatever dull, pointless Statistics assignment I have (although I don't do them anyways, so whatever). If I do go, though, you bet your ass we better make a TSM section.
KingPK Posted December 19, 2003 Report Posted December 19, 2003 Holy shit, that place is, like, 5 minutes from my house. I live right off South Main. I might as well go.
Guest trickstyle_360 Posted December 19, 2003 Report Posted December 19, 2003 Yeah, I agree with Barber....i'm not digging PWF 2.0 here.
Nevermortal Posted December 20, 2003 Report Posted December 20, 2003 I might go. I can't pass up an opportunity to see Yellow Hat Guy yell at Corino.
Guest Black Tiger Posted December 22, 2003 Report Posted December 22, 2003 Considering the Zero One roster right now, this looks to be average at best. The Tanaka vs CW tag match looks good, as does the Lynn vs Sasaki match, but considering Zero One also employs Shinjiro Ohtani, Takao Omori, Shinya Hashimoto, and even Kohei Sato, this show could have been so much more.
Detective Comics Posted December 22, 2003 Report Posted December 22, 2003 I might go. I can't pass up an opportunity to see Yellow Hat Guy yell at Corino. Ah, you mean me! I am so flattered! I will be there! I like the lineup, and 10 bucks is a good price for me. Count me in.
Guest Jay Z. Hollywood Posted December 22, 2003 Report Posted December 22, 2003 Yeah, looking at this from a stand-alone standpoint - a card with Lynn, Corino, Punk, Homicide, Simon and CW, and some Japanese talent for ONLY 10 bucks is a great deal. Despite getting ROH once every 3/4 months, Mass. isn't exactly a hotbed of indy wrestling- in fact, the local indys pretty much suck, so this is AWESOME, to me at least.
