WWE Considering Turning Matt Hardy Face

He needs to feud with John Heidenreich.

 

 

 

 

 

Not like I'm suggesting that'll get either one anywhere, but it'll get Matt on TV if he's fightnig a HOSS.

The problem is, they can't just turn him face and expect the fans to suddenly get behind him.

 

For a face turn to be effective, the heel has to be built up not only as a force to be reckoned with (ie. fans won't cheer a loser), but also to have a more appealing side to him for the fans to care about.

 

Matt dumping Lita like he did and then claiming forfeit victories over Maven of all people hampers both those points.

 

Bottom line - to be an effective face, the fans have to want to cheer a wrestler before you turn him.

If the WWE turned him face shortly after now, the fans would shit on it. They should do what Fook sed.

I was looking forward to Matt as a Raw heel. It'd be good if WWE would do what they've been doing with Matt on hoise shows, and team him and Molly up. Am I the only one who thinks these two would fit well together? From what i've heard, they worked together very well as a team in mixed tags against Hurricane and Lita, so it'd work well on TV. It'd give the ladies some heat, and it'd give Matt Hardy and Shane Helms something decent to do.
