Hey Ohtani, I missed you again as I was working out. Sorry about that. I got your number now though. Is it okay to call you there?

I was happy with my workout tonight. It went well and I think the Phosagen HP I've been taking is helping me just a tiny bit. I've been taking it for 2 weeks now and noticed that I had a little bit more energy in the legs while briskly climbing up a steep mountain. It may also be giving just that tiny little extra push I need to reach some new peaks weightraining. I can't see it being a placebo effect either. The funny thing is I don't seem to gain any weight on this stuff at all.
