Ricky Steamboat question

I was watching the Flair DVD today, and in one of the features it has a Steamboat interview talking about how Flair's last shot is at Wrestle War, then Steamboat has to "move on".

 

So my question was in Steamboat's 2 1/2 month title reign, did Steamboat defend the title against anyone else besides Flair?

Well other than Jack Victory, I couldn't think of any off the top of my head, I was merely trying to give him a complete answer.

 

Barry Windham was rumored to be in line for title matches by PWI, but I think he left before it happened.
