Anakin Flair Posted December 29, 2003 Report Posted December 29, 2003 Ok, so I just saw Martin Scorsese (sp?) in an American Express commercial calling for the American public to help re-open the Statue of Liberty. My question is has it been closed since 9/11, and if so, why haven't they reopened it?
