On the reviews and such, it says 3 kiss songs..i rented it on PS2 and theres only one.

 

Is it different on GC? I want to own it on GC

There are three but you have to unlock them. If you played through the whole game you'd be very pleased as a Kiss fan. Not only are there 2 more songs, but there's Gene Simmons as an unlockable character, a new skate park that is Kiss themed where you can unlock a video of Kiss performing God of Thunder, and you can make the Kiss guys appear and play one of their songs.
