Guest NCJ Report post Posted December 31, 2003 (edited) Say what you want to about the Matrix movies, I agree with alot of the dislike, but they are going to be remembered alot more than Pirates,wich I loved. The Matrix trilogy has already influenced the look and effects of more movies than Pirates ever will. As far as Depp goes he has always been a great actor and has done alot of well recieved movies. This was just his biggest box office achievement. Making a lot of money with POTC still dosen't justify turning down The Matrix.
