Thugg, what you do is wait a few weeks, a month, or however long you wish, accumulating points all the while.  Once you get at least 1000 points, blow most of it on practicing.  That's what I did when my computer had a virus last year, and my bands (All 4 of 'em) became a lot better.  Yeah...

 

Besides, though pretending to be a rock star is fun, isn't pretending to be the leader of a country far better?  Exactly, that's why I'm offering to you people the chance to join a super-nifty game that most of my friends are involved in.  It's called GPS, or Global Political Simulation.  Just bear in mind that the website lackey has a lot of stuff to deal with, and I've asked to join a few days ago, and I'm still not in, so just be patient.  It looks to be a lot of fun, though.

I'm decent...I'm just not great.  I'm at about 70 rating in all countries,and I have like 250 ability.  I can't seem to make the big jump though because everything is moving slowly since I'm up so high.  And I can't spend 1000 points on practicing because then I'll no health or happiness.  I just need to learn the tricks of touring so i can get my country rating up and my abilty up.

I do aready, but I've also found that once you are selling out at 1 it helps to move up to higher prices because your ability goes higher, as does your country rating.
