Question about The Ring

I watched this again last night, and my one buddy told me that in the Jap. version they explain more about how the tape was made. Did anyone see the original, and if so, could you please elaborate on how the girl made a tape from the well or whatever happened.

Remember in the American version how when she was in the hospital, they asked her how she made those pictures? And she said, "I think of them, and they appear" or something similar? Well, the tape was found at the lodge under which she was buried, where her mental powers were the strongest. I guess we are supposed to think she thought of it, and it appeared to lead the reporter to the well so she could "release" her and make her more powerful so she could get her revenge or whatever.

The American version actually covers it pretty well. The original just gave more details and didn't leave it as open ended.

you know I hated Ringu enough that I got obbsessed with figuring it out.

 

and I guess in Japan Ringu is a the fucking horror francrise (I don't I didn't spelt it right but I don't care) I mean they have best selling novels, four or five movies, and such.

 

I guess Samara or Sadoka had the power to project images onto stuff, or rather burn images, and thats what I guess Samara did,

in both versions they say that people were trying to record something, (news, a hockey game) and Ring girl projected her nightmare onto it.

The best part of the Japan Ringu serious, by I guess by the third book/movie/play full of dancing clowns the curse is no longer a mystical power but a severe form of temporary cancer cause by the viewing the tape.

Well, there is a rumor given at the very beginning when the two girls are talking. I'm personally not sure I buy that. I think that the daughter(Sadako?) created the tape with her hatred or something. I don't really know. Maybe it got cursed by her or something just before she died. Actually, if anyone knows enough about the movie that they could explain the various symbols and whatnot ie the alteration or the pictures so you see the victim with the hood over their head and whatnot, I'd greatly appreciate it, as they fly right over my head.
