spiny norman 0 Report post Posted January 19, 2004 It was down for about ten hours. I tried to come on before going to bed, no luck. I got up and a little while later I tried it and still no luck. I've been getting errors like that often though when there are fewer posters on (about 5-6AM board time) and I was actually going to complain about it this morning but it became obvious that it was a whole-board problem. teke184 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2004 Mike the Admin didn't know the place was down until 4PM CST, at which time he returned my IMs asking what was going on with the board. Guest admin Report post Posted January 20, 2004 I would have been happy to fix it within less than 5 minutes if someone were to IM me on AIM. my aim name is: MCMCOMPUT report any major board troubles such as that to me. I make sure the server is running, not software errors which is what happened earlier to the forums. The database which monitors who is online became corrupt for no reason.
