Guest Anglesault Report post Posted January 24, 2004 ET has learned that BEN AFFLECK and JENNIFER LOPEZ are Bennifer no more. Today, a representative for Lopez told ET, "I am confirming the reports that Jennifer Lopez has ended her engagement to Ben Affleck. At this difficult time, we ask that you respect her privacy." I love this gem. Sweetheart, if you cared about your privacy, you wouldn't be announcing every move you make to the world What a whore. Media whore, of course. Guest Crazy Dan Report post Posted January 24, 2004 I don't really care about this too much. And the Bennifer thing will come to end, maybe in the puch line of a joke. As for Affleck, I have liked some of his stuff. He was good jerk in "Dazed and Confused"... Was his name O'Bannon? I liked him in Chasing Amy. And he was really good in Good Will hunting (the part where he scams the job interviewers is a great scene. But when he tries to do these action films... he really should stay far and far away. I think Jersey Girl will be a good film. Kevin Smith I think will write to his Strengths. Plus I am a fan of his movies, so that inclines me to take a chance. And I liked The Cell, so J. Lopez has made complete waste of celluloid, just most of what she has done. But with the so much going on, I think there are more important stories/events going on to focus on, then two actors. Guest El Satanico Report post Posted January 24, 2004 Jennifer Lopez is hot and all, but man does that woman destroy all the men she goes through. Saw Ben on Leno a while back. the guy looked like a shell of his former self. Un kepted and drunk out of his mind. "Destroyed" is such a silly term to use here. She hasn't destroyed anyone, so stop getting your panties in a bunch. He's from Boston that's just the Irish influence coming out. Is he irish or not? If he's irish then he was being normal. Where's the people coming out to call Colin Farrell out on being a serial one night stander? His exploits are highly publicized, but I don't see him bitched out over it. What is the trusty double standard in play here?
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted January 24, 2004 One night stands aren't NEARLY as interesting as a woman who is so obsessed with getting her name in the news that she goes through what should be long term relationships at an alarmingly fast pace.
