You can still like him despite of that (nobody is stopping you) but don't deny what happened. It's not that I don't deny it --- it's that I don't care. Same way I don't care what athletes do in their personal lives and who they sleep with and what drugs they take. I want to watch them on the sports field. I don't care what awful people are in the movie business - I just want to see their movies. I don't care what my coworkers do, as long as they produce to help my company make money. Now I will say that what Hart did was in the wrestling ring, not in the back, so there is an issue there with him and the boys. But there is no issue with me the fan, because to me it's the show that I'm there to see and I don't care if people are pricks.
